Hangzhou Baoshu Pagoda

The Hangzhou Baoshu Pagoda rests on the 200-metre-high located Baoshu Hill north of West Lake in Hangzhou, only about two kilometres from urban Hangzhou. It was first constructed in 968 from Song Dynasty and later fell into disrepair. Reconstruction took place in 1933 on the basis of the remaining brick core. The Baoshu pagoda has 45.3 meters but has a very narrow base, so it looks like a slender and elegant fair lady over viewing the west Lake.
